Update
Weight static at the moment and trying so hard not to binge, but I think I've found a reason for this and am hoping to get an assessment of my current mental health. Just waiting on a phone call back and if it doesn't happen this week, then I'll phone again. Hoping this allows me to move on. Going back to Dublin this weekend with hubby and son this time to visit rellies. Looking forward to see the flowers of St Stephen's Green again xx
