A jewel shining through: "A Beautiful Soul" learning to believe it. My creative soul inside dances: words and ideas spill out sometimes, but I sometimes lack the confidence to let them out, do justice to them - I'm a trying-to-be-ex perfectionist. I'm looking to find the confidence to listen to that music and have the confidence in my skills and abilities, that I'm good enough to commit things to paper, and to the outside. I’m drawn to quotes, photography, patterns and allsorts. I want to learn to use colour more and be less afraid, being it in my pictures, my words or life :)

I am one of the 1 in 4 who will develop a mental health problem during their lifetime, but for me it has enlightened me towards my creativity and the need I have to be creative and to speak out, whenever possible.
