A Crisis in Confidence

I know I'm not useless,
I know I'm not crap,
But when the negative voices start
That knowledge takes a nap.




I'm actually not too bad at the moment but this came to me as I was sorting out the washing, so I had to write it down, otherwise it would be lost and might never surface again. Such is my brain sometimes ;) xx
