I've just heard that my psychiatrist has referred me for further help with my binge eating and chances are the assessment wouldn't come when my son's off school for summer, so he won't see me as upset as I get when I have mental health appointments. However, the waiting time for therapy is apparently 12-14months. So I shall be avoiding big red buses, as I wouldn't want to miss my turn for help and counselling on this...

I shall keep you in my thoughts, as always. Not sure I understand about 'the big red buses' but it won't be the first time the punch line was lost on me, lol. X
It would be just my luck to get to the top of the list for appointment only to be hit by a big red bus - not that you get many big red buses nowadays on the roads. But at work (when I worked) we're always supposed to keep case reviews uptodate, just in case, "hit by a bus scenerios", so anyone could pick files up and know what was happening. Oh well, I was never that organised... ;)
