Blue Monday

According to the "experts", today is supposed to be the gloomiest day of the year - all to do with distance from Christmas, distance from Spring/Summer and the weather + the economy news at the moment. Actually I thought it was supposed to be next Monday as it's a month from Christmas, but then I'm not the expert of formulae for happiness.

All I know is that today I'm not going to let someone else tell me what my mood is supposed to be. I have positivity and strategies - they're not raining on my parade!!

We all have the ability to pick the kind of day we will have. It's sad that so many people are bent on trying to make us have the kind of day they want us to have.

Happy Monday!

Dc, I like the idea of a "Pink Monday" - mine was sparkly - and thank you "The Buddhist Conservative" for your positivity. xx

Hello jewel,
So much for the 'experts'. I had a fine Monday. Also, Monday, January 19th, was 'Martin Luther King' day. Like Martin Luther King, 'I have a dream'.
May I possibly suggest along with 'Pink Monday' that we may also call it 'Green Monday'?
Oh yeah, speaking of parades, I'm the dude at the back of the parade with the shovel.
Warm regards Gary :-)
